Our recruitment process
We would like to give you a basic understanding of what you may expect when applying for a position at Dorel Juvenile.
Step 1: Apply
Once you have applied online you will receive a confirmation message from us. After we have reviewed your application, we will inform you whether we would like to continue with you in the selection process. You can read more about data protection in our privacy statement.
Step 2: Assess
A first selection round will usually be an on-site face-to-face interview with an HR manager. If the first interview round is successful, a second interview will be scheduled with the direct manager. For some vacancies, that may be sufficient for us to make the selected candidate an offer. However, for other vacancies a third round may still follow, usually consisting of a business case presentation or an assessment. We always try to inform our candidates at the start about how many rounds they may expect, the location(s), and the timing.
Step 3: Offer
When there is a match from both sides, we make a formal job offer. You can also learn more about additional benefits.
Step 4: On-boarding
When you have signed the offer, it’s time to welcome you aboard! We make every effort to help new employees feel at home and part of Dorel Juvenile as soon as possible. The aim of our induction period is to help new employees integrate into our company and become fully operational as soon as possible, so you feel your contribution matters. HRM and management co-operate to make sure you have a well-planned and smooth start at Dorel Juvenile.
